News. Five years in business.

It gives me great pleasure to announce that on November 1st 2008, Dataquest will have been in business for 5 years!

In that time we have grown organically from 5 to 30 staff, from a turnover of £2 million to just over £6 million – and it is all down to our clients and the enthusiastic team who have made them happy.

Not only has our growth forced us to look for new premises but an expansion of our services has also made it necessary to find the space suitable for them to function. The good news is that we will still be in EC2, an area that is convenient for our clients and one that we have grown to love.

In an industry that bridges the gap between the humanity of communications with the white heat of technology, we felt the need to look at the way our company presents itself. Creating a branding style that reflects the exceptional calibre of our people was essential. Through the warmth of our attitude and good humour, we have made the mysteries of our industry understandable, every working day.

This, I am sure, is the reason why our clients stay with us. Their retention is well above the industry norm and we are naturally very proud of this. They often refer new business to us, which is probably the finest accolade. But still we take nothing for granted. We live in a competitive world made worse by the current economic climate.

Looking back over the last five years, I feel our success to date has not only been our ability to listen to our customers needs, but also the ability to meet and exceed their demands.

Here’s to the next five years, working to grow as a company and planning to excel in whatever we do.
